This planning model assumes equal commission on each sale side. It uses the standard $12,000 individual cap and published fees. It does not include low-commission transaction minimums or Elite fee reductions.
After the costs below, before taxes and other business expenses. This is an estimate based on your inputs.
U.S. standard individual agent plan only. Excludes lease and personal transactions, referral and team arrangements, transaction minimums, stock purchases, revenue share fees, taxes, MLS and association dues, and other business costs. Actual fee timing and eligibility can change the result. Equal commission per side is an illustration; Real’s signed agreement and current fee schedule control. $900 annual brokerage fee is modeled as $300 on each of the first three sale sides. The $285 capping-transaction minimum is included. No earnings or savings are guaranteed.

Sources checked October 1–2, 2026. Equal commissions, one agent per sale side, no dual-side transactions, and caps starting at zero. All plans exclude joining fees, taxes, MLS and association dues, separately purchased marketing and optional services, team arrangements, mentoring, referral and lease transactions, stock awards, and revenue share. This comparison supports average commissions of $5,000 or more per sale; plan-specific minimums and special capping adjustments can change actual charges. Local office terms are examples, not national rates. Your signed agreement controls. Cost alone does not measure support, tools, training, or business fit.
